Refund policy

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. We can provide a full refund or an exchange for another coat of similar value. If your preferred replacement differs in price, we can simply refund or charge the difference.

If your purchase wasn't exactly what you expected, we are at your service to help solve any issues. You can always message us here.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Unless the item materially differs from its description or photographs, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item deviates significantly from what is shown and described, we will pay the return shipping.

Starting a Return

To request a return, please contact us through our contact page or by emailing contact@hanzofur.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your request has been approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you that your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. While we process refunds promptly, your bank or payment provider may take several business days to complete the transaction.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective. If you choose an exchange, we will ship the replacement coat to you at no additional shipping charge.

Garment Condition

Our coats are second-hand garments and are individually photographed and described. Minor signs of age, storage or previous use are normal for vintage items and are not considered significant defects. These may include light wear to the lining or hem, minor marks, slight variations in fur texture, occasional loose hairs, or other small signs of age consistent with a pre-owned garment. Any significant flaws will always be shown or described in the product listing whenever possible.

A small amount of loose fur during unpacking, or a slight post-storage scent, is normal and will not be an ongoing issue with proper care. See the fur care instructions on the product page for more details.

Size Measurements

All garment measurements are taken by hand and must be considered approximate. If we have made a significant measurement error that materially affects the fit of the garment, we will cover the cost of the return. Because fur coats and capes vary considerably in construction style, certain measurements (particularly shoulder width and sleeve length) may vary slightly depending on the exact measuring points used. If you're ever uncertain about garments' measurements, contact us and we will support you however possible.
