Shipping policy

We ship to almost any location in the world in 2-4 days.

If you're able to place an order, then we ship to your country.

Courier Options

Every order is sent with fully tracked shipping via UPS or FedEx, depending on your destination.
For selected countries we can also offer Japan Post EMS at a reduced shipping cost. EMS provides full tracking, swift shipping, and is delivered by your local postal service after arriving in your country.

Import Tax

Orders to USA include import tax in the price. The reason for this is to reduce delays with US customs and reduce the final tax amount.

Orders to other countries, import tax is the responsibility of the buyer. But we always take measures to minimize this tax, wherever possible.

Customs

Hanzo has been shipping fur coats internationally for many years. We know exactly how to get fur coats through customs smoothly. Most countries have no issues with vintage certified fur coats. Only two countries have banned all fur imports: India and Israel.

Sometimes there are backlogs at customs, resulting in small or large delays (especially around Christmas). Such delays are unfortunately outside our control. During customs clearance, your order remains in transit and is therefore is not refundable. If a package is held for an extremely long period, it will be marked as lost by custom authorities and reimbursed. If customs requires any information from you, the courier will contact you directly.

Hotel Delivery

If you want to receive your coat while on holiday, we can ship to your hotel. This includes shipping within Japan, which will avoid all import tax. But please click here to message us first, so we can send your order with correct timing.
