Shipping policy

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days.

We send by express shipping (FedEx, DHL or UPS) with full tracking.

Once dispatched, most international deliveries arrive within 2-5 working days, but may take longer depending on destination, and customs processing.

If you are able to place an order through our website, we are able to ship to your country.

For selected destinations, we offer optional delivery by Japan Post EMS, which provides full tracking, high delivery speed, and costs significantly less than express courier shipping. Japan Post packages are delivered by your local national postal service after arrival in your country.

Import Duties & Taxes

United States

For orders shipped to the United States, import duties and taxes are included in the price. This reduces customs delays and simplifies delivery.

Other Countries

For destinations other than the United States, any import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees or other charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

If you're unsure about your country's import fees, you can message us. We will help estimate the cost involved.

Customs Clearance

International shipments are subject to customs inspection and clearance procedures.

While most deliveries proceed smoothly, customs processing times vary, and delays can occur, particularly during busy periods such as the Christmas holiday season. Such delays are unfortunately outside our control.

Refunds cannot be issued for packages that are still in transit or undergoing customs clearance. But if a shipment is declared lost by the carrier, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Restricted Destinations

Due to regulations on fur import, we are currently unable to ship fur products to India or Israel. Currently these are the only countries with blanket bans on fur imports.

If you are unsure whether our imported fur garments are permitted in your country, please contact us before purchasing and we will assist you.

Hotel Delivery

If you would like to receive your coat whilst staying in Japan, we can arrange delivery to your hotel or residence.
